NOTICE OF FILING OF ACCOUNTS

In the National Court of Justice

Accounts in the estate of . . . (name in capitals) late of . . . (place) labourer have been filed in the Registry of the Court and are there available for inspection. The executor (or administrator or as the case may be) seeks an order passing the accounts (where applicable and an order for commission) and has obtained for this purpose an appointment to vouch the accounts before an accounts clerk of the Court on . . .
